TherachFit – Refund Policy

At TherachFit, we strive to provide high-quality coaching services and fitness programs. While we are committed to customer satisfaction, we have set specific guidelines regarding refunds. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Refund Eligibility

a. Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital fitness programs and coaching services, all purchases are final. Once a program is accessed or delivered, refunds cannot be issued.

b. Subscription Services

Subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.

However, if a refund request is made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase, we may offer a partial refund, deducting administrative and setup costs.

2. Partial Refund for Subscriptions (Within 7 Days)

For refund requests made within 7 days of purchase, only a portion of the amount paid will be refunded. This deduction accounts for:

Administrative and processing fees

Initial setup and service allocation

Time and resources invested in your onboarding
